In the first stage, all authors are invited to submit their full-paper work with 9-10 pages in total. EasyChair is used as medium to compile all submitted papers.

The second stage is the first review which is addressed to screen suitability of the article with proceeding themes, i.e.:

• Sustainable and Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Energy Engineering and Management
• Advanced and Eco-Friendly Materials and Process
• Environmentally Friendly Mechanical System Design
• Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Vehicle Science and Technology

There are several parameters in this review which is conducted by main guest editor and co-editor, i.e. template formatting, title, abstract-keyword composition, overall content and references. These parameters are given score for each paper in scale 1-5 where 1 is poor and 5 is excellent. Review in this stage is conducted by single blind review.

The third stage is initiated by listing top 80 papers which these papers will be sent to reviewers for double blind review stage. 8 parameters are set i.e.:

1. Suitability with academic and scientific standard;
2. Readability;
3. Justification-result-implementation which is match with style of researchers in structure and material; level of contribution;
4. Relevance of topic and interest;
5. Rationality of the content,
6. Appropriateness of research methodology;
7. Accuracy of results and conclusions; and
8. Reliability of evidence and discussion.

Invitation of paper submission is informed and published to world-wide authors with expectation 75-90 days since the beginning of the first stage.

Selection from the second and the third stages is estimated to be conducted in 30-45 days since the initiation of the second stage.

The fourth stage is revision of the 80 papers, which the authors are given 14 days to compose rebuttal and implement reviewers’ comment/recommendation into the revised version of the paper. Accuracy in responding reviewer reviewers’ comment/recommendation and composition of the revised paper will be main criteria in this stage.

Based on these criteria and stages, scoring and grading will be conducted, and 60 selected – peer reviewed papers are collected for publication in a proceeding.
